Recruitment Solutions are currently working alongside one of the regions leading Waste Management, Asbestos Survey/Removal & demoltion companies. They have recently expanding into Abingdon and require a Sales Manager to join the team to hit the ground running. Initially this would be a role involving door to door sales, ideally targetting the likes of Large Construction Companies, Education Sector (Univerisities etc.), Council's etc. Moving forward this would be to recruit a sales team below yourself and train them up to ensure sales targets are hit and the business continues to develop. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company, there is the strong possibility of progression in the company.
