Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers are looking to recruit an experienced Façade Manager for their prestigious development based in central London. This is a truly interesting and unique project, as it involves not only the delivery of 1300 residential units, but also the demolition and refurbishment of grade 2 listed gas works, followed by a challenging remediation and basement package. The construction involves 7 main blocks, with a circular/drum building within the iconic listed iron frameworks, which are the focal point of the development. The blocks range in height from 4 to 18 floors and the project runs to 2027. The Façade Manager will oversee key external packages and the candidate will be expected to bring relevant experience and expertise to the façade team on site.
