A client of mine are looking for an experience site manager. The project is an existing wedding/conference venue in Kent, that a previous contractor started the construction of a new 30 room hotel extension, but only got as far as the steel frame and precast floors. I am looking for the right candidate to complete a small area of demolition then finalise the groundworks and substructure to the new wing, with the superstructure, M&E and fit out following and tying in of the new extension to the existing building, as well as the external works to completion. You must have a strong background in hotel and commercial projects and be comfortable with dealing with the associated M&E installations. You must be able to provide up to 3 references form Contracts manager to Director Level.
