Ambitious Senior Site Manager required to work with the team on a £80m scheme to construct a new retirement village near Weybridge in Surrey. The scheme in secured with demolition and enabling works commencing shortly, and main works due to commence later in the year. The project duration is in excess of 2 years to phased handovers in 2022/3. This is a very high specification scheme for a luxury retirement home provider. New build construction will be predominantly RC framed blocks and traditional residential buildings to provide apartments in multiple locations within the grounds. Reporting to the Project Director and Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all site based construction activities for your building/s through your site team, comprising Site and Section Managers.
