Our client requires an experienced Site Manager / PM for an initial £1m value contract involving structural alterations and fit out of an office. Elements to this contract involve some internal demolition, concreting, steelwork, drylining, cladding / window replacement and fit out / finishing. Candidates will need strong experience in these areas, with current SMSTS and good references. We are also seeking a candidate who is flexible to work in various locations, as this is a client who will have repeat contracts at their various sites. Accommodation will be provided in this instance. Duties will involve : Supervising operatives and trades, liaising with site foreman Managing Health & Safety Liaising with client and all stakeholders Ensuring paperwork is maintained and filed. They are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their team. Job description: * Working primarily on brickwork * Other duties include; demolition and assisting other trades such as roofers and joiners etc. * Ensuring work if carried out to a high standard * Covering York, Selby, Pocklington, Leeds etc * Candidates will be required to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company in a positive manner at all times Person specification: * Candidates will ideally come from a bricklaying background * Must be confident in bricklaying and have previous experience * Able to work alone as well as part of a team * Must have a full UK driving license * Ideally have experience of working as a Multi Trade Operative * Ideally hold a valid CSCS card
