Site Manager The Company This Site Manager’s role is with one of the region’s leading contractors. They have an excellent reputation and work extensively on fit and refurbishment projects in the North West. The Role We are looking for a Site Manager on a freelance basis initially for an 18 week contract (good possibility of follow on contracts) for a fit out scheme near Warrington. The project involves the refurbishment of a mid-sized industrial unit, removal of mezzanine flooring and demolition and re-installation. Ideally you will have a trades background and a CSCS Card, SMSTS and first aid are a must. The Plus Points This is an 18 week project to start ASAP with well regarded contractor with a good possibility of follow on projects
