Site Manager – Construction
* Main Contractor - Hotel Project
* Holiday Cover: 15th August to 3rd September
* Monday to Saturday (inclusive)
* Freelance: £260 per day CIS
* Based in Brighton
We are currently searching for a Site Manager for a holiday cover in Brighton. This will be working for the main contractor on a prestigious hotel project which sits just off the beach front. The project is currently at demolition stage.
As Site Manager you will:
* Oversee health and safety on the scheme
* Coordinate the demolition and groundworks subcontractors
* Chair weekly progress meetings with the subcontractors and the client
* Issue permits and complete site paperwork
* Induct new operatives
* Oversee logistics
* Open and close site
Required:
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
* 3+ years site management experience
* Experience overseeing demolition contractors is beneficial
