In this role you will be involved with the successful execution of Heavy Lift Projects, from initial conception stage through to project close out, within customer requirements and company policies and procedures.
You will take full operational and commercial responsibility for managing a project with limited additional support. Liaise with engineering teams to ensure that documentation and engineering requirements are delivered on time and to standard.
Assisting with commercial teams to identify new areas of revenue.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the Project’s work from preparation of budget sheets, quotations, and operational planning and supplier commercial negotiations is conducted in line with the board requirements.
To project manage an assigned project from start to finish including, attendance, supervision and control of the operational activities in line with approved cost sheets.
To represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Carry out and lead site visits with clients to outline Ospreys scope of work and requirements.
What we need
Degree in Engineering or qualified through experience
Experience in the heavy lifting industry (construction/demolition)
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
Construction based management experience
