4D Modeller / Programmer – Leading Contractor – London My client is a specialist leading Demolition & Civil engineering contractor, formed over 40 years ago now. Their capabilities come from the widest of spectrums, amalgamating an envelope of complex demolition projects, contracts have ranged from high rise and low rise in-situ concrete structures; including a variety of modular 60’s style buildings through to historical structures of a listed status. As a group they have completed various high profile demolition projects across the UK within both the public and private sector. In recent years, they can boast working on some of the most complex schemes both in terms of scale and intricacy. These include the largest demolition sequence in Europe. About the role: • Deliver 3D and 4D models which meet the relevant client, industry and corporate standards • Provide BIM delivery support for tenders and project teams • Create, modify and review multi-discipline BIM models using suitable authoring and checking tools Tasks Responsibilities: • Develop 3D digital models and visual imagery (using various software platforms including Revit) to support projects, tender submissions and presentations • Producing presentable outputs for tender submissions, method statements and presentations to clients • Create construction sequence modelling (using various software platforms including Synchro) to support projects, tender submissions and presentations • Works along with planners and project manager to develop fully detailed 4D models • Support BIM Coordinator during coordination process if needed. ESSENTIAL • Fluent in Revit and all relevant Add-ins • General understanding of 4D modelling and construction sequencing • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach • Basic BIM model coordination process • Basic knowledge of BS1192 and ISO 19650 • Understand and interpret needs and requirements for Model creation and timeline for delivery development and completion
