Electrical/ E&I Engineer Global Chemical Manufacturing Organisation £60,000 + Excellent Benefits/ Bonus Excellent opportunity!! Our client, an industry leading Chemicals Manufacturer going through a significant period of growth and investment at their Warrington facility, are looking to recruit a career driven Engineer to join their team. The role will be E&I focused. The Role This position provides electrical and instrumentation (E&I) engineering support for capital projects and complex repairs from concept to completion, including cost estimates, design, procurement, construction oversight, start-up assistance, and documentation. As an E&I Engineer, you'll have an opportunity to have significant impact on our chemical operations in our Warrington facility. Provide electrical engineering support for capital projects from concept to completion, including cost estimates, design, procurement, construction oversight, startup assistance, and documentation. Support complex repairs and maintenance efforts of the plant electrical, instrument, and control systems. Work with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop project roadmaps, acquiring quality assurance expertise in fabrication, construction activities and management of extended plant outages for electrical and instrumented systems. Support the maintenance of accurate and effective documentation for instrument, electrical, and control systems. Support plant outages by working with the maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure electrical equipment shut down, maintenance, installation, demolition, and start-up is properly planned and executed. The Person Min 3+ years' experience within a manufacturing environments, specifically carrying out Instrument and electrical Maintenance work Experience working in a COMAH/High Hazard site is preferred. A strong working knowledge of instrumentation and control systems. Ability to communicate clearly by written and verbal reporting Educated to HNC level or above in electrical discipline The company are a true market leader and have been unaffected by events in 2020.
