About the role They are now looking to recruit a Asset Agreements and Disposal Officer on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve working closely with colleagues in the Asset Management and Disposals Team to ensure the continuing effectiveness of land and property sales within the Group and the accuracy, integrity and robustness of all sale processes. You will be responsible for all Right to Buy & Right to Acquire applications, Land Disposals, Deed of Releases, Licences, Easements/Rights of Way, Deed of Rectifications/Deed of Variations, Initial & Final Demolition Notices, Wayleaves and Garage Sales. You will also support and aid the implementation of the aims of the Asset Management Strategy and the Association’s Business plan by handling miscellaneous land and property sales and purchases. About you It is essential that you have experience in the sale of property and land transactions and a knowledge and good understanding of legislative requirements with regard to Right to Buy/Right to Acquire and Shared Ownership schemes within a working environment. You will have experience of front-line customer handling – the ability to interact effectively with customers on face to face, phone, email and video call basis. You will also have the confidence to have difficult conversations when required and manage expectations in a fair and balanced way. You will be required to set out expectations to other teams regarding their legislative timescales to ensure their deadlines are met and make others aware of their legislative obligations to ensure deadlines are met.
