Asbestos Surveyor Analyst £28,000 - £32,000 + Benefits Bromley, South East Our client, a leading consultancy in the Asbestos Management and Consulting sector, are actively recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their close-knit London team. With over 15 years of industry presence and developing as a nationally recognised firm, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404/RSPH3 certifications to join a consultancy that values both staff and client satisfaction. Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst: Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a range of residential and commercial properties Undertake 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing Collect bulk samples when required Oversee on site contractors and ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos Produce and submit comprehensive reports Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientsWhat are we looking for? BOHS P402, P403 and P404/RSPH3 qualifications with a minimum of two years experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring Hold a full UK driving licence with a flexible approach to travel Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office packagesThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing consultancy who can offer the right candidate a competitive basic salary and benefit package which includes a company vehicle, fuel card, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, paid travel time, on-going training and development opportunities, generous overtime rates and options and more!
