Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor
Profile: A dedicated and established Asbestos Consultancy who carry out the full range of asbestos services across Local authority, Healthcare, Educational, Leisure and Housing association sites are now keen to recruit a hard working and BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Chelmsford area. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a mixed client base, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys alongside sampling of suspected ACMs.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH L3 equivalent qualification.
" Will ideally come from an asbestos background and have excellent working knowledge of relevant health and safety guidelines.
" Experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites, using handheld PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
" Sampling of ACMs and making sure all samples are bagged, labelled, and stored correctly.
" Using PDA / TEAMS / TABLET system to produce detailed, site-specific reports for clients.
" Liaising with clients, continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
