Are you an experienced Tiler with practical site experience and relevant qualifications?
Our superb client based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Tiler to join them on a full time permanent basis 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note this role is a permanent PAYE position and cannot be considered on a self employed basis.
As Tiler, you will be responsible for floor and wall preparation and tiling, along with demolition / construction work as required, site set up, clear down and clean up, purchasing and collection of required construction materials, video recording of works with audio commentary before work commencement and on completion, daily assessment of allocated work, completing quality checks, obtaining customer satisfaction sign off, keeping company vehicle clean and roadworthy, site health and safety.
The role will cover work in the following locations:-Halifax, Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Doncaster, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire therefore it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence.
To be considered for the role of Tiler, you will have site experience and / or City & Guilds Level 2 Wall & Floor Tiling qualification and two years practical tiling experience as a minimum. You will have general building industry knowledge, ability to understand drawings, pc literacy, effective communication skills, working to targets and deadlines, excellent attention to detail.
In return our client will offer a basic salary of £31,200 plus paid travel one way (roughly 10% more on top of basic salary), works van, 28 days paid holiday including statutory holidays, pension scheme, annual performance reviews.
