About the Role
Responsible for the delivery of projects on programme, on budget, and most importantly delivered safely
Main Responsibilities
Ensure all works are carried out to comply with current Health & Safety Legislation
Produce contract programmes from contract information and take ownership of the contract from conception to completion of the project ensuring that the programme is monitored accordingly
Ensure that the project is delivered in line with budgetary forecasts.
Plan and prepare detailed risk assessments and method statements
Develop and maintain a professional working relationships with the client and the client's team
Prepare weekly progress reports for the client and Director
Undertaking weekly health & safety audits and completing all statutory and organisational requirements About the Candidate
Hold a black card CCDO Demolition Manager/ CSCS Black Card qualification
First Aid Certificate
Fully conversation with Microsoft Office systems, excel, word, PowerPoint
Experience in various demolition and enabling projects including top-down demolition, structural alterations, facade retention Benefits
