I am currently looking for a Financial Manager to join our client, who are a exciting Construction Services Company with big ambitions and huge amount of possibilities. They deliver enviable spaces, seamlessly from the transformation of hybrid offices fit for the future of work to the construction of new environments and to the restoration of beloved theatres in states of transition. Their projects are driven to the highest standard because of their commitment to clients.
You will be joining the team at the early stages of the project which is based in Stevenage. Its a new build circa £16m with the scope of work, includes demolition of the existing building, relocation and provision of a new security fence, incoming services and a landscaping package. This project will be running for around a year and then there are lots more projects to move onto.

— JCT Design & Build.
— Able to meet deadlines.

— IT literate in word and all necessary software systems.
— Commercially aware and astute to maximise focus on winning.
