I am currently looking for a Financial Manager to join our client, who are a exciting Construction Services Company with big ambitions and huge amount of possibilities. They deliver enviable spaces, seamlessly from the transformation of hybrid offices fit for the future of work to the construction of new environments and to the restoration of beloved theatres in states of transition. Their projects are driven to the highest standard because of their commitment to clients.
You will be joining the team at the early stages of the project which is based in Cambridgeshire. Its a new build circa £24m, design and construction of a new laboratory building. There is demolition of an existing unit, new build shell & core labs with fit out of café and cycle centre in an existing unit, finished off with external works including car parking and soft landscaping.
Essential Skills & Experience:
— Experienced in the construction industry, new builds and labs projects would be a preference.
— Works well within a team environment.
— Strong work ethic.
— Excellent understanding of experience in new builds.
— JCT Design & Build.
— Able to meet deadlines.
— Committed and hard working.
— Willing to learn and ask questions.
— Proactive problem solver.
— Seek continuous improvement.
— Strong diary management skills.
— IT literate in word and all necessary software systems.
— Commercially aware and astute to maximise focus on winning.
