Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Dartford, South East.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Surveyor though to Asbestos Consultant.
A UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in the South East of England. Due to acquiring new contracts are now looking to employ an Asbestos Surveyor. You will be covering various Domestic and Commercial contracts, and will ideally come from a UKAS accredited company, working in line with HSG 264 guidelines. In return, our client can offer structured training packages into further P Cert modules.
The successful candidate will be working on regional contracts and would be located in areas with good access to: Gravesend, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Croydon, Epsom, Bromley, Orpington, Reigate, Guildford, Woking, Bracknell, Crawley, Basildon, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea, Romford, Rainham, Grays.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 or L3 RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Well versed in HSG 264 guidelines.
" Will be well organised and professional.
" Proficient in using industry recognised systems (TEAMS / TRACKER).
The Role:
" Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on Commercial and Industrial sites.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Making sure work is being carried out in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Carrying out sampling of ACMs prior delivering to office for analysis.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed reports.
" Assisting in training new surveyors.
" Liaising with clients in a professional manner, continuing to build and maintain relationships.
