Freelance Project / Package QS required for Tier One contactor on £200m Commercial Office new build / refurb project in the City
I have a requirement for a Project / Package level QS to procure and commercially manage subcontractor packages on a prestigious £200m London project, involving demolition, retained facade, cut and carve / structural refurb as well as new build of a commercial office project in the City of London.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy major Tier One contractor on an exciting project, getting involved from the start if the job at procurement stage.
You'll ideally have worked for a Tier One or Two contractor on large projects and have strong procurement experience as part of a rounded Quantity Surveying role.
The role will be site-based and involve standard Surveying duties from procurement to final accounts.
It's initially on a freelance / contract basis but there's the potential for longer-term freelance / temp-to-perm.
