Opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to lead a £14m JCT D&B new build project from early stages to complete.
This Main contractor work on Cut and Carve, refurbishment and new build projects and are looking to add a Project Quantity Surveyor to their team across the Home Counties and Cambridgeshire.
The company have been established 20 years have an annual turnover of £150m and work on projects generally up to circa £20m.

They are currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to lead and work fairly independently on a fast moving demolition, new build and fit out project valued at £14m. Your role as surveyor will be to work from procurement stages though to final accounting managing subcontractor packages, CVRs, cost and client reporting. The project is under JCT D&B and the preference is for a candidate who has experience working on new build construction projects.
This project is based in Stevenage and you could be required to work in the Cambridge area following this project.
In return they can offer up to £80,000 all in.
