This leading specialist engineering contractor takes on ultra complex projects in central London, with values typically between £20m and £70m in value. They work as a principal contractor directly for the client/developer and their scope usually includes enabling works, basement excavation, groundworks, piling, structural RC works.
Due to record secured workload, they're looking to add to their project teams.
You'll need to have extensive experience working within the London cut & carve market, as well as structural demolition and alterations, ideally on schemes that include follow on basement/civils works. This role works closely with the Project Manager and you'll be responsible for managing the day to day works on site, mostly overseeing directly employed teams of operatives.
This will be directly employed, with a good package, and the salary offered will be in line with your track record in the sector. Salary will be around the £90k to £100k mark + travel and benefits.
