Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst.
Location: Oldham, North West.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Asbestos Site Analyst through to Dual Skilled Surveyor / Analyst.
We are working closely with an established in Asbestos Management Consultancy. Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking an Asbestos Site Analyst to cover contracts across the North West region. You will be carrying out 4 Stage clearances, alongside Background, re-assurance, and leak testing across Commercial, Industrial and Local Authority sites. The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst to gain a better work / life balance, as the successful candidate will be working on larger sites scheduled predominately within a one hour radius.
Successful candidate will be carrying out regional travel across: Manchester, Warrington, Stockport, ,Macclesfield, Crewe, Chester, Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan, Bolton, Bury Rochdale, Bury, Preston, Blacburn, Burnley.
Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent (Essential)
" Holding BOHS P402 would be beneficial but not essential.
" Will have a background in asbestos, working on site for a reputable company.
" Practical Knowledge of relevant HSG 248 Guidelines.
" Confident using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Will have a professional and personable manner.
The Role:
" 4 Stage clearances.
" Background, re-assurance, and leak testing,
" Personal air testing.
" Carrying out onsite audits when required.
" Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.
" (If P402 is held) Management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
" Re-inspection surveys upon completion of works.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed reports for clients.
" Ensuring work is being carried out in line with relevant HSG guidelines.
