Our client is a reputable London-based construction company. They provide a number of different solutions to construction projects from structural alterations of existing buildings to creating a completely new build.
Some of the services they provide are RC Frames, groundworks, structural alterations, specialist diamond cutting and breaking, refurbishments, demolition & strip-out.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis.
The head office is in Arnos Grove, London.

Skills and Requirements:
BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
2+ years' experience as a quantity surveyor within a similar type of contractor
Ideally previous experience working within the sectors listed above
Quantity surveying experience within other sectors will also be considered
Strong IT, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Happy to undertake site visits when required
Multi-tasker who remains calm and effective under pressure
Car driver - desirable
