As a Development Engineer you will provide support as necessary in relation to demolition, earthworks, road and sewer works, groundworks, external works, specialist contractor works, services and other production related activities on a number of allocated housing developments
As this is a critical role that will involve the coordination and control of all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. Your role will involve preparing site viability reports, securing statutory approvals for Engineering Design and ground investigations and progressing the adoption of road, sewers and public open spaces reducing bonds at the earliest opportunity. Key experience required:
" Experience on working on similar residential projects in a design or engineering role
" Have a HNC or above in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
" Working knowledge of AutoCAS, PDS, Microdrainage along with other engineering related software
