Project Manager - Suite Lead- Facilities (CSA-Cleanrooms-LSS) Long Term Project Opportunity to join the Project Engineering Team, of our client, a prestigious multinational pharmaceutical company based in Tipperary. This is a large-scale and considerable financial investment requiring the best skilled and experienced Project Management professionals, highly experienced in managing and supervising critical schedule CAPEX projects. Requirements The Project Manager – Suite Lead responsibilities will include: - Overseeing coordination of schedule, budget, risks, change management, and progress evaluation. Assisting management of all activities within the Suite team, including design delivery, documentation, and qualification efforts. Specifically: - * LSS-– Gas Detection (Fire Prevention Sprinkler Services) * Service Diversion / Tying off of Live Services * Cleanrooms * Demolition * CSA * HVAC Leading in collaboration with EPCM and partners, efforts regarding cost, risks, change Monitoring project progress and performance. Collaborating with EPCM, Vendors and other Suppliers in planning and executing scope. Overseeing Cross-Functional Suite Team Project. Defining and managing Commissioning Plan with the CQA Lead. Monitoring Suite team cost, effort, scope, against project management plan and performance baseline. Managing Suite team scope and change control, escalating issues. Providing status reports to Core team and Project Management. Ensuring work, in conjunction with tech lead, adheres to client’s procedures/best practices. management, and schedule for Suite team. Coordinating vendors and working groups engaged in project work. Maintaining updated logs. Ensuring adequate resourcing for the Suite. Resolving cross-functional issues impacting the Suite team. Interfacing with stakeholders to ensure project aligns with business needs. Capturing lessons learned, changes, and their impacts for project's leads. Coordinating Suite procurement activities with tech lead and procurement within the organization. Requirements Manage sub-project teams for Design, Installation, and Commissioning previously. Proficient in Scope, Cost, and Schedule Management. Experienced in Risks and Change Management. Previous experience with API projects and target value delivery is desirable
