Site Manager required for a project in Crewe. This will be working on a new build housing scheme consisting of 34 homes, 2, 3 and 4 bed properties. This will be overseeing the site from it's inception (taking over from demolition team) through to turn-key finish.
You will be required to oversee all sub-contractors and agency staff as required. All client meetings will be supported by the Project Manager so it will be managing inductions, H&S, RAMS on site while ensuring the programme is being adhered to.
The site is currently about to start groundworks so good knowledge in this area is key, so you will be taking this project from near enough inception through to completion.
Hours – 42.5 per week.
Location – Crewe
Duration – 21 months
Start date - End of March
Requirements – CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
