Finance Manager required for our public sector client to work on a Hybrid basis - 1-2 days office required. Client: Local Authority in South London Job Title: Finance Manager Pay Rate: £445 daily UMB (Inside IR35) Hours: (Mon-Fri) 1 day per week in the office Duration 12 Month Contract Purpose of the job The regeneration and development work including the Regina Road project is a major project which is a client priority and has a budget of £103m for delivery of the demolition of the three tower blocks and some surrounding property, following a ballot of residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the core financial management processes within Housing Regeneration including: Budget Setting; Budget Monitoring; Year End financial accounts, including the report writing and report writing to internal and external stakeholders. In addition the post holder will be responsible for team management of junior staff, acting as a role model for the team, leading the way in producing high quality work.
