Job Description
Insite International require 1 x SMSTS or NEBOSH Site Manager to start work on 08/03/2021 in Burnley.
You will be working on a commercial refurbishment. The building is currently a warehouse unit and it will be converted into a healthcare facility.
You will be solely responsible for the management of site. The value of the project is £1million + and there will be 30-35 sub contractors on site.
The company you will be working for are the management company on site but are also responsible for the entire demolition & fit out.
The right candidate with have a SMSTS or NEBOSH, CSCS Managerial Card & 1st Aid Cert.
This is £25p/h, 8 - 10 hrs per day Mon - Fri, minimum of 6 months but could potentially lead to a permanent position
