About the Company/Client/Project: This developer client is well established in the South Coast area with a range of hotels, retirement homes, commercial offices and high spec residential developments in the Hampshire and Dorset areas both completed and within its existing pipeline of work over the next few years. Projects range in value from £10m to £35m, and include refurbishments, new builds, change of use, etc in these sectors. The Head Office is in Southampton.
