Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Surrey. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting asbestos surveys, providing expert advice, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are met. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys in various property types. * Collecting and recording accurate data, samples, and photographic evidence. * Producing detailed survey reports and asbestos registers. * Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide technical advice and support. * Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies. * Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities. Requirements: * BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent). * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying. * In-depth knowledge of current asbestos regulations and best practices. * Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. * Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within Surrey and surrounding areas.
