As an Asbestos Consultant, you will be responsible for providing asbestos consultancy to clients, as well as carrying out site duties which include: Conducting Management, Refurbishment/Demolition, and reinspection surveys across mainly commercial and industrial properties Air monitoring and 4 stage clearance testing Producing accurate asbestos survey and remediation reports Project management of asbestos remediation works Carrying out site risk assessments Producing asbestos management plansEssential Requirements: All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404/RSPH3 qualified Full UK driving license and willing to travel across London and South East Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management Excellent knowledge of current UK asbestos legislation Good IT skills and good working knowledge of TEAMS softwareThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning and highly regarded company that can offer a highly competitive basic salary and attractive benefits package which includes; a fully expensed company vehicle/generous car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life assurance, private medical insurance, company matched pension and superb career development opportunities that will allow you to gain sought after consultancy and project management experience!
