Job Description

We are looking for an experienced part time purchase ledger assistant

Key Requirements for the role

• Checking and getting invoices signed off
• Input of invoices onto Sage 50 Accounts
• Preparing a payment list
• Preparing, reconciling and signing off Company credit card statements
• Credit Control
• General Administration and filing
• Answering the phone
• Creating accounts on our FRED system and carrying out due diligence checks

Key Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working on Sage would be an advantage
• AAT level 3 qualification an advantage
• Knowledge of working with Microsoft office

Hours of work: Tuesday and Friday (One other day to be agreed) 8am to 16.30pm

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
