Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - London

Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy undergoing rapid nationwide expansion. Due to the acquisition of new contracts they are now seeking the services of a reliable and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to work on a mixed portfolio of contracts in the London region. Applications from Slough, Woking, Basingstoke, Crawley and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & experience: Hold the P402/ P403/ P404 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Extensive experience in delivering asbestos surveying and analytical duties. A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft office package. Role: Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing. Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys on a wide range of properties including Commercial and Industrial. Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
