Senior BID Manager

I'm working with an accredited Demolition Contractor that are seeking a Senior BID Manager to join their already well established business. They have their sights set high, so this is a really exciting time to join their team. You will be brought in to grow the business across the group - works include Demolition, Asbestos Removal, Remediation and Scaffolding. This role could even be suited to a Business Development Manager or Senior Sales Coordinator with a strong understanding of the Construction industry - ideally within the areas listed above. They really need somebody who knows the industry and is ready to identify new projects across their business area whilst developing and improving on existing relationships. The ideal candidate will: Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills Have strong written & verbal communication Approach their work with tenacity and passion Be driven by success Hold a relevant qualification ie. Business Management/Construction ManagementDaily duties may include: Analysing the tender document to understand the needs of the client Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met Liaising with other managers to agree bid details Preparing case studies and other reference materials Editing or rewriting previous tenders to reuse relevant material Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on timeFor more information please get in touch or apply below
