Asbestos Surveyor Analyst £26,000 - £32,000 + Benefits Leicester, East Midlands Our client is a successful, UKAS accredited asbestos management consultancy that offers a wide range of asbestos services that include asbestos surveys, air testing, analysis, management and consultancy to a wide range of clients in the public and private sector. Due to new contract wins, our client is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to cover a range of residential and commercial based projects across the East Midlands and surrounding regions. As an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will: Carry out Management, Refurbishment demolition and re inspection surveys across a wide range of property types Complete 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing Collect bulk samples when required Produce comprehensive reports Overseeing removal works and contractors Build and maintain strong relationships with the companys clientsTo be considered for this position, you MUST possess the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH3 equivalent) qualifications along with a minimum of two years industry experience. You will be required to travel from site to site, so it is essential that you hold a full UK driving license and possess excellent communication and customer facing skills.
