My client is a successful UKAS accredited multi-disciplinary consultancy specializing in Asbestos Management, Legionella Control, Fire Safety and Health and Safety.
Now into their 10th trading year, this highly reputable company have seen continious year-on-year growth and with the recent acquisition of a business specializing in fire safety, our client now has a requirement for an Asbestos Surveyor to join their successful team.
This is a fantastic opportunity as my client is offering the successful Asbestos Surveyor further training in other areas of the business that will see you become a fully qualified Fire Risk Assessor.
BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified
Minimum of 3 years experience in asbestos surveying
Experience in working on projects in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors
Full UK driving license with a flexible approach to travel
Quality driven with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAs an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be involved in:
Conducting Demolition, Refurbishment and Management surveys on a range of commercial domestic and industrial buildings
Undertaking bulk sampling in various buildings
Delivering excellent customer service and technical support to the company's clients
Ensure all working procedures are in line with The Control of Asbestos Regulations
