Estimator

I am currently recruiting for Estimator to join an expanding team down in Dover. The position calls for someone with plenty of Demolition experience, as well as Site Management and Estimating. Duties to include: Producing estimations for new and existing clients Meeting with prospective clients on site Liaising with the Business Development team regarding the work pipeline and prospective clients. Liaise with clients, site managers and office staff regarding jobs. Management of the Demolition of site activities Management of Demolition work force Inspection of sites The successful candidate will have: Previous track record working as a Demolition Manager Strong Leadership Skills Relevant qualifications including a CSCS card (copies of certificates / cards will be required) NVQ Level 6 preferred but not essential A valid driving licence is essential Good organisational skills Excellent interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company.
