Firstly the reason the salary is so broad is because the client is open to speaking and meeting with people with 5 years experience to very experienced Commercial Managers who are on the higher range of the salary banding.  This client are a developer, not your typical house builder but somebody that builds iconic buildings in Zones 1-2. Being the developer, the successful Commercial Manager will be involved with all aspects that somebody from a traditional sub-contractor or main contractor would not have experienced before. However what is essential is that the successful candidate either comes from a Shell & Core, RC Frame, Concrete, Demolition or Piling Sub-Contractor or has at least managed these sorts of packages previously.  Have some UK experience due to the forms of contract and needing to have a knowledge of supply chain in the UK.  Be able to work alone and take initiative.
