Job Description

I am proud to be representing a leading client in Birtley who are on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join the business. Working Monday to Friday reporting directly to the office manager. Key responsibilities include: Ø Input new tenant and contract information onto system for containers including hard copy filing and archiving Ø Follow up tenant leaving dates and re-inputting vacant property onto system Ø Issue relevant notices to tenants Ø Issue Heads of terms documentation to new clients Ø Liaise with muckle for issue and completion of new leases Ø Deal with tenant queries Ø Collect monthly meter readings for tenants Ø Follow up any pending leases Ø Arrange site plant servicing between Hitachi and Site (we receive auto updates so it just communicating with site to make them aware and when convenient to have carried out) Ø Ensure vehicle maintenance schedule is maintained including briefing fitters of what is required on a weekly basis Ø Renew vehicle taxes and organise MOT's Ø Order parts for repair for plant and vehicles liaising with Plant Maintenance, site and Hitachi Ø Order materials/supplies for site Ø Organising third party requirements for sites i.e tyre fitters and other support Ø Environment Agency quarterly waste returns Ø Organise/order supplies for property sites Ø General support for development and demolition sites and administration tasks To be considered for the role your must; Ø Have previous experience in a similar role Ø Be hardworking and flexible Ø Be organised and have good attention to detail Ø Have excellent communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per hour
