About the Company:
Our privately owned client who is based in Central London is a leading name within the demolition and civil engineering industry with a group annual turnover in excess of £80M. Operating as principle contractor, their services include asbestos removal, temporary works, demolition, remediation, earthworks and concrete works and their strong reputation for successfully finishing challenging projects has been built on delivery and trust.
With a low staff turnover, this contractor rarely recruits and this opportunity has arisen purely due to company expansion and healthy order books. Having recently met with this business and several of the leadership team, I would highly recommend them to any professionals looking for a polished contractor who can offer them the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and technical schemes in the City and fantastic career progression opportunities will be available.

About the requirements:
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you should hold suitable tertiary qualifications and be accredited by a professional body or working towards full chartership. Additionally, you will have vast working knowledge of the current ‘Euro’ code design standards, hold 4-5 years post graduate experience in the design of temporary works within sectors such as demolition, substructure, basement construction and / or RC Frames and have good knowledge of the use of AutoCAD / 3D Modelling.
About the benefits and rewards:
For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.
