Role: Demolition Project Manager
Package: Up to £75,000 + Car + Pension + Healthcare
PSR Solutions are working with a a leading UK demolition contractor to recruit a Project Manager, to initially lead and plan a major demolition project in the North East for 12 months. Workload is expected to continue in this region, with a healthy bank of secured work in the North of the UK.
The successful manager will be responsible for the demolition management of the entire projects including all principal contractor documentation formation and management, SSoW submittals, demolition quality plans, inspection test plans, preparation of SSoW documents and managing the programme. This position can be permanent or contract based.
Our client is a leading Contractor within the Demolition Sector. Operating nationwide, they have built an extremely strong reputation within the industry and have a portfolio of work coming up in the North West with a Blue Chip Client.
Report and work in close cooperation with Senior Operational Staff, Site Staff and Planning Team
Promote the companies core values at all times
Proactively work with the Health & Safety department to ensure standards are maintained and full compliance with the safety management system is achieved
All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets
Liaising with the relevant design teams and subcontractorsThe Right Candidate
CCDO Black Card Required as Standard
Minimum 5 Years' experience in a range of Demolition Projects
A61 / A62 Crane Operations highly advantageous
High level of proficiency with IT Software
Conversant with the use of Planning Software (preferably ASTA)
M.I.D.E or A.M.I.D.E
