I have an excellent opportunity working for an Interior Fit Out Client who deliver outstanding Cat A & Cat B office fit out’s nationwide. They have recently been awarded a City Centre office refurbishment project and require an experienced Site Manager to manage the project from start to completion.
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the refurbishment and fit-out of an £800K office project, which includes demolition work, blockwork and reinstatement of all M&E. You will be fully supported by an off-site Contracts Manager and Commercial team.
Our client requires you to have experience specifically in Cat A or Cat B commercial office fit out projects, ranging from £200K to £3M in value. You must be able to provide references from some of your completed previous projects. Our client will only consider applications who have delivered similar projects from start to completion.

For your skills and experience we can offer a minimum of 18 weeks works, a day rate of £270, working 10 hours although some days you will be working less than the 10 hours and still get your full day rate.
