About the opportunity:
Due to successful company growth, our client is recruiting permanently for an experienced Contracts Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Director in leading and managing large technical remediation and earthworks schemes throughout the North of England within time, budget and with health and safety at the forefront.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be technically and commercially aware and be responsible for the complete life cycle production of several projects, from pre-construction phase through to completion, meaning overall accountability for project team management and delegation; programme delivery; client and contractor relationship; financial control and resource planning.

This opportunity offers a salary between £65,000 - £80,000 per annum although there may flexibility on this due to individual backgrounds. Furthermore, there will be a generous package offered in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful contractor.
About the requirements:
In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must hold a degree / HNC or equivalent in a construction related discipline (geology, civil engineering or similar). Given this is a senior opportunity, my client is seeking a professional with proven relevant experience in contracts management on remediation and/or earthworks/stabilisation projects in the UK and due to project locations, it is essential you hold a full UK driving license and reside in the Yorkshire area.
Please note: As this is a permanent opportunity, it is vital that you can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous appointment for 3 years.
