Job Description

Do you have experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on groundworks projects? * Can you work self-sufficiently and manage your own projects as Quantity Surveyor? * Do you see yourself to have the ability to be a key player within a small commercial team? If you answered YES to the above questions, I have what you're looking for! A specialist groundworks contractor based in West London is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is due to having a portfolio of groundworks projects valued between £500k-1m each that needs a competent Quantity Surveyor to manage. As Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to operate self-sufficiently on your own portfolio with clearly lined-out progression plans for your future. Quantity Surveyor applicants must have 3+ years experience in the groundworks sector working for specialist contractors up to £50m turnover. Proven ability to run your own projects would also be ideal. This is also predominantly an office based role (75% office, 25% site). If you feel that this Quantity Surveyor opportunity could be of interest to you, contact Andy Cook on the contact details provided. About Me: For the last 6 years I have specialised in recruiting within the demolition, groundworks and RC frame sectors. In June 2019, I started up CG Specialist Recruitment with the goal of helping as many people within these specialist sectors as possible. How Can I Help You? Over the years, I have built a vast network of Hiring Managers within these sectors. With every company I work with, I like to know about the hiring manager, the company’s story, the culture and where they want to be in the future. This will allow me to match your skill set and character to the best possible organisations. I am happy to have a chat either over the phone or in person as to how I can help you to take advantage of the current market conditions
