Regional Account Manager The principal role of the Regional Account Manager is to generate business via new and existing customers. The Regional Account Manager should manage the expectations of customers and ensure smooth running of the account including hire, damage, service and all aspects relating to offerings from Equipment Sales & Rentals. * * 60% Existing Customer interaction/calls * 40% New Business Development * Hire of attachments for construction and demolition * Sale of attachments from manufacturers like Indeco, Dawson & Ho-Pac Applicants for the role must have; * * Be able to demonstrate proven sales experience and business development * Proficient use of Microsoft products including * Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint * Proficient use of CRM systems (ideally Pipedrive, but training will be given) * Excellent communication skills * Presentation skills * Knowledge of general plant hire * Knowledge of specialist plant and equipment would be an advantage (utility industry) * Full UK driving licence
