We are looking for an experienced health and safety professional to work across a variety of different sectors from construction to leisure, engineering to retail. You will have the opportunity to continue to develop and share your health and safety knowledge, skills and experience whilst working alongside a team of dedicated, passionate professionals that are truly some of the best in their field.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality health, safety and environmental services to our customers by carrying out key health and safety inspections and audits of customer sites and writing effective reports that highlight areas of concern as well as safe practices.
You will also assist our customers to generate documentation such as Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments; attend safety meetings both with and on behalf of our customers; and train our customers in as many aspects of Safety, Health and Environmental matters as you are able.

Minimum Qualifications / Professional Memberships:
NEBOSH Construction CertificatePlus at least one of the following:
NEBOSH Fire Certificate
NEBOSH General Certificate / Level 3 in Health and Safety
Graduate Membership of IOSH (Grad IOSH)Key Attributes:

Communicate clearly and consistently, with tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing
Support a culture of flexibility and responsiveness
Actively keep up to date with changes and good practice
Be comfortable working at height or in confined spaces
Construction Experience and/or Manufacturing / Engineering Experience is highly desirable as these are the industries where the majority of your work will take place.
Knowledge and experience of Fire Safety Management and Fire Risk Assessment would be advantageous.
Desirable qualifications and professional memberships:
NEBOSH Diploma Level 6, NVQ 4/5 in Occupational Safety, degree or equivalent
NEBOSH Fire Safety Management
NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent
Professional membership of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and / or Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) or similar
Scaffold Inspection Certificate
