Our client is a specialist Design & Build Contractor who are also involved in some of the most sought-after residential developments in the UK. They have recently been awarded several new and exciting projects. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to help lead a mixed-use scheme in West London.
It’s an existing building and involves some demolition, forming a new basement, concrete frame to first floor and steel frame – 28 new flats. Project duration is 15 months, private develop client
There project will be running for approximately 15 months, and you will be leading the project from inception through to completion. My client has a vast amount of pipeline coming up so you will be starting on a brand-new project after completion.

The role of the Senior Site/Project Manager
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Ensure successful delivery of a variety of planned works on budget, time in a safe manner and fully in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
Managing a team of Site & Project Managers within the company and motivating other members of staff.
Managing Contractors and direct operatives, enduring planned works are completing on time and within budget whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public.
You will work closely with the supply chain and client and provide high quality technical expertise on all construction matters.
Keeping fully up to date with the latest Health & Safety regulation
To be successful as a Senior Site/Project Manager, you will need to possess the following:
Strong track record as a Site Manager at a reputable Main Contractor.
Ability to deliver projects on time and within agreed budget
Be extremely process driven and results focused.
Able to manage and motivate a team and deal with any on site issues.
