THE JOB Job Title: Auditor Department: Compliance Reports to: Lead Auditor ABOUT KELTBRAY Keltbray Group is a UK leading specialist business, which offers engineering, construction, demolition, decommissioning, remediation, rail, environmental services and reinforced concrete frame solutions. We are a key player in developing and maintaining Britain’s built environment, operating in highly regulated climates and transforming sites across the UK. JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this role is to provide the independent auditing resource and support for the business units, ensuring the necessary reports are completed on time and submitted for review. JOB CONTENT Primary Tasks and Duties: * To participate in the completion of the audit plan. Both internal and external * To ensure the necessary Keltbray Group and BU Standards are in place at all Keltbray locations. * To oversee both internal and external audits ensuring necessary evidence is compiled. * To communicate with the Heads of HSQE and relevant Operations staff, ensuring audit requirements are met and prep completed. * To ensure all necessary compliance reporting is completed for the Heads of HSQE and the Senior Team. * To manage and facilitate both internal and external audits ensuring necessary evidence is compiled. * To assist in the development and improvement of process with the relevant operations personnel in all areas supporting the Lead Auditor * To provide independent review of the BU’s systems and compliance with relevant Legislation, Standards and Company process. * To support the Heads of HSQE to ensure the promotion of common process across all Keltbray BU’s and the reduction of redundant process.
