Job Description

One of my residential main contractors is looking for a Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis to manage this new project in West London. The demolition has already taken place and piling on site has recently started. This phase of the project will accommodate more than 300 units (private sale and affordable housing). Duties and Responsibilities: Report to the Project Lead, providing any suggestions on improvements required Maintain the highest standard of health, safety and environmental management The ability to establish and maintain standards of quality on site and ensure the delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and requirements in a timely manner Adopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders. Supporting the procurement functions in the selections of sub-contractors and suppliers Management of the team on site Requirements: A track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in London Experience of efficient management of all staff and resources Reading and accurately interpreting drawings, technical specifications and programmes Management of teams including supply chain and consultants Ability to work independently and as part of a team Appropriate CSCS card First Aid at Work certificate SMSTS Certificate If you believe you would be suitable for this role, apply now.
