Salary Details: Competitive with excellent benefits package The role will be the Lead CRE for temporary works working within the Rail Interface Team, operating across the entire project, including all Areas. The appointed person will be the lead point of contact with the site teams, permanent works, NR and TFL, TAA and HS2 and the temporary works teams in coordinating and managing the temporary works programme and workstream with Network Rail and TFL. This will also involve duties in line with the CRE role including possession and readiness meetings. The role will report to the Lead CEM and will sit within the Core function Main Responsibilities * Support Lead CEM and Rail Interface manager * Submit WPP and Form 2/3 and liaise directly with NR * Organise Aspro meetings / Organise DRN close out sessions * If and when required organise meeting between NR/TW Designers to resolve contentious design issues * Set up and manage Rail Interface TW Tracker * Increase NR engagement set up briefing sessions, Monthly briefing to NR on upcoming works, map of works, coordinate info from site teams. * Construction lead (CRE) remains signatory of WPP, TW team remains CRE on Part 3. * Confirmation of Form 2/3 requirements and other general submission requirements. * Have weekly meetings with site teams on temporary works programme and Trackers * Manage NR temporary works in line with NR standards * Meet with temporary works teams and TWC on upcoming works * Review WPP’S and TBS involving Temporary Works NR and TFL works * Review Quality assurance paperwork where required * When required perform duties as appointed CRE (for Temporary Works), covering leave/holiday * Undertake site visits and audits * Review F002/F003 designs Reviewing prelim packs and C01 packs and provide CRE comments and direction to Site/TW Team * Attend meetings with CEM or in the CEM’s stead if required. * Inform CEM of issuesTargets: * Improve number of first time approvals by NR. * Lessons learned and knowledge sharing through each Area. * Improving quality of WPP within the construction teams. * Undergo CEM mentorship * Undertake ALO Training with view to becoming ALO Responsible ManagerAbout The Company The role will work on the HS2 project.
